It belongs either there or in Encryption : ePO Managed, I reckon.
There was a similar query a while back, no real resolution to it I'm afraid - see
SafeBoot monitors this section, and he knows far more about this than I do. Perhaps he might be able to suggest something.
Only your IT team can help you - there's no way to bypass the protection other than enter the correct password or recovery key.
