Yep, that's the dialogue box that comes up.
Your machine might be infected. Please run Getsusp tool (http://getsusp.mcafee.com) and post back the outcome. Once the Scan is complete the results will be automatically opened in a Web Browser (Internet explorer). Click on "File log" and post back the Screenshot of it so that I can give further instructions.

It looks like there is no infection from the Screen shot that you posted. Please contact Tech Support from the below link and post back the Service Request so that I can follow up from my end.
Support has special tools to determine and eliminate infections causing this issue.
