    MQM 7.01 - trying to assign a Help Desk administrator to be able to release quarantines and blocked zip files

      THIS DOES NOT WORK:

       

      • Assign Administrator: Click to assign an Administrator to a particular domain. Select the domain from the list and click to assign one or more administrators to one or more domainsAssign Administrator. In the Assign Admin screen, select Administrator(s) from the Administrators List
      • Add: Click to add this administrator to the Assigned Administrator's List.
      • Apply: Click to complete the process. You can also do this by clicking the link Assign against a particular domain in the column Domain Administrator. 
      • Remove: Click to remove an administrator for a particular domain. Select the administrator from the Assigned Administrator(s) List and click Remove. This will delete the selected administrator from the Assigned Administrator(s) List and assign all administrative rights for that particular domain to the Super Administrator.

       

      No account shows up in the box to the left under administrator list. See attached.
