I don't believe that is a field that ePO pulls from the computer.
If you look at the table in the DB, EPOComputerProperties, there is no field listed for the serial number of the machine.
I'm not sure what you mean by system serial number - can you explain a bit more exactly what serial number you mean?
As fitschsoccer342 mentions, it's unlikely that ePO collects this information by itself - but you could possibly make use of the CustomProps function to achieve your goal. If you can write the data you want to the CustomProps reg value on the clients, maybe by using a login script, or something like that - then the agent will report it to ePO and you can use it.
System Info Tool was created by user: Dvanmeter and presented to these foura. It works great for Windows systems with ePO 4.0 on up thru 5.1.1, and M/A 4.5 thru 4.6. It does NOT work (at this time) with M/A 5.0.
