Can you be more specific please and give a detection name? More details will be visible in the Quarantine Folders. Open the user interface then click Navigation, then scroll down to Quarantined and Trusted Items. Click the sections to open them.
One For All is a UK company, so you might not have heard of them before. See http://www.oneforall.co.uk/
They're unrated by SiteAdvisor and WOT, with no user reviews there; so no clue as to whether this sort of thing has happened before.
I would expect that if the company is sending out a security code in a downloadable file it may be encoded or encrypted in some way. McAfee might intercept it and quarantine it based on the encoding/encryption rather than the actual contents. Just a hunch, but possible.
If it's possible to submit the file to McAfee from the quarantine location then it can be whitelisted. Otherwise, if the user doesn't want to do that then it's probably safe to open and run the file, provided he's sure it came from One For All. Myself, I'd go the whitelisting route just to be sure.
I have to agree with what both Fellow Moderators have stated. Being presented with more information as what the actual File/Download is (Name). Would better assist us to suggest/recommend what to do? If your McAfee Version/Build is 13.6, file exclusion has been re-introduced.
Having said this, should it be the case that McAfee GTI has determined the File/Download as a (Artemis!) detection,or in other words considers it to be of Unknown/Suspicious origin. And as Hayton mentioned if you consider and confirm that you indeed think the (Download) to be safe/legitimate.
I would recommend following the normal procedure: What To Do When McAfee Detects Software As An Infection - How to Submit To McAfee Labs & Appeal
Please allow 4-5 days for McAfee Labs to Analyze/Process, due to the immense number of Detections on a daily basis (150,000 plus). If your successful submission is not resolved after such time. Please post back the (Analysis ID #) you should have received from your confirmation.
And one of us can contact a McAfee Labs Technician/Engineer and quite possibly expedite the process.
Wishing you all the Best,

I might add that when going to the Quarantined sections, that the ability for one to Select (Send to McAfee) has resulted in (An Error has Occurred) for the longest. If I am not terribly mistaken, another Mod has brought this to a tech's attention.
Hence is why I suggested the (Submittal) procedure.
It may be the case we need to bring this to (All Concerned) attention during our next Conference call?
It has been brought to my attention, that the issue with not being capable to send such from your McAfee User Interface, has and is being addressed.
My Apologies for not being aware of such....
