Do you have Chrome installed, even if you don't use it? It's important to keep all browsers (including Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer) up to date but be very careful what add-ons you add to them.
I suggest running AdCleaner and MalwareBytes Free from the last link below. To keep MBAM free do NOT accept the free trial and do NOT activate it, if asked.

It's an unknown process. There's nothing in the Chrome Help section about it, nor any reports in the Chrome forums.
Ergo, it's probably a malicious process claiming to be part of Chrome.
The best way to find out what this is is to use Process Explorer to get information about the process, what has launched it, and see what connections if any it's making to the internet. With Process Explorer you can also upload it to VirusTotal for checking.

When I ran a search for it, using the referenced process the OP posted. I came Up with a Removal Guide for the (exe.32 Virus) which included running Combofix and some other Utilities. I hesitated posting the guides, for was not certain if it was the same?

As I have suggested in the past, either Bleeping Computer/Malwaretips which both have assisted users rather well, in resolving their issues.
Having said that...It still couldn,t hurt to run Malwarebytes(Free) and AdwCleaner, in my opinion.
