      Mcafee Ticket: the SR 4-7693998131

      EPO 5.11 all HF

      Hi all,

      a) Software Manager Update / Refresh no action (red minus)

      b) Other updates Pull from mcafee also Fails

Thus he does not get DAT or any updates

      We have following problem:

      * Software Manager > "Refresh" button says "An exception occured while download files"

      * Server has straight access to Sites contained in sitelist.cmsl (We can open them in browser an it works) (No IPS 80/443/21 open)

      * Comodo Root Certificate Update made/ Cert valid > not solved

      * There is NO Informatin in the "Server Task log" Just failed > If we drill down we see no further info

      * Changed back and forth from FTP/HTTP as fallback > not solved
      * All Windows Updaets deinstalled back to 17.11.2014 > not solved

Did a procmon file capture but almost impossible to review all tomcat7 connections and file ops he does.

Error was also on 4.6.8 version

      * 4.6.8 had problem with DLP 9.1

      * Did a 5.11 Migration because we had to and thought it may resolve (With DLP 9.3)

Any help would be welcome. This is a customer with 800+ boxes.

      Regards

            2) If we do a "Software Manager" Refresh Button click he does following

            * Connect to Mcafee download Catalog File (catalog.z)

            * Download other things in TEMP file and move them round afterwards

            However the TASK is Failed
