Can you share a screenshot? And what rule are you using to monitor files being burned to CD/DVD?
Silverss05, it sounds like the DLPE Policy is running on a Device Control-only license. All full DLPE Policies still need the license upgraded by going to the DLP Policy, selecting Help>Update License, then plugging in the license key from a text file that should be in your original DLPE download (before you checked it all in to ePO). If you don't have that original download any longer, you can re-download it - go to support.mcafee.com, then click on the 'Downloads' tab, then select 'Product Downloads'. You'll need your current grant number.
vimalnavis No, I am not able to provide a screen shot. I currently have no rules set up to monitor actual files being burned. That is what I am trying to set up now.
The options currently grayed out on my DLP Policy editor window are as follows;
RM and Encryption:
-Rights Management Servers
-Rights Management Policies
I have also noticed within Agent configuration > File Tracking Tab > DLP Operation Mode > "Device control and Full content protection" is also grayed out.
MatthewBarrus I have upgraded the license file. I am not able to download straight from McAfee nor do I have a grant number. Our products come from a middle man basically within DOD. I will need to contact our helpdesk regarding a possible license problem if this is the case.
Thanks everyone. I was under the impression our company had purchased the full license. I have checked and we do not have the full license.
