I wrote a discussion on VirusScan Command Line Scanner here:
Command Line Scanning, McAfee CLS, Batch. When it was written, it was version 6.0.4. Since then, CLS was updated to v6.0.5 and includes the 5700 engine. At this time, I believe the article is still accurate.
i wanted to scan the files and folder via command line with report and exclude and schedule option.
Scheduling via CLS is not so easy. The point of CLS is to run the program from the command line, not via a scheduled task. For scanning scheduled tasks, VirusScan Enterprise and ePO are better tools.
Good luck, I hope this helps.
