To investigate this matter further, would it be possible for you to report this as a support request in MFE Support portal and attach the server and sensor Analytic package?
To generate a server AP, please open your DAM console > system tab > troubleshooting> generate AP, download and attach to your SR.
Prior to generating sensor AP, I suggest to reproduce the problem and then revert to allow sensor connection, then from console > sensor properties > generate sensor AP and upload to SR.
It would be the best to have an AP from 2 sensors.
You can write to me directly (Udi_Porat@McAfee.com) and let me know about the SR # and AP availability. I will then take ownership and update you accordingly about our analysis results.

In addition to my previous comment, the version you are using (4.4.3) is considered as "old" and it would be much better to upgrade your DAM Server (first) and (then) your sensors to latest V4.4.7
this will also allow us a better analysis of ths problem so if possible, please upgrade your env., then attempt to reproduce the problem and if consist, follow previous steps of reporting SR and attaching server and sensor AP.

I will try to upgrade but it will take time as we are busy in some other activities & if the problem persists i will definitely raise SR & contact you..
