I experienced the same issue in Mcafee NDLP 4400 aplliance which was solved by disabling the Processor C6 mode.

This will really help you
i opened a case with McAfee support and am waiting their respone, so if they didn't respond with a solution, i will check this solution, and i'll back to you for update.
thanks for your coopration.
Hope u will get the solution
check in /var/log/messages why it reboots. Sometimes a core dump caused it.
If yes, check for the core dump by logging in to appliance CLI.
Alternatively swap the power supply. 4400 box should have 2 PSU and make the other one active and see.
In my case swapping the power supply doesnt work but in these scenarios ofcourse we can try it just to check.
I was not aware of the log you mentioned to check.Thanks for that
now the device is upgraded to 9.3.2 and there is no more rebooting for a few days, but i didn't know the reason.
Which version you were using earlier???
Have you asked for the reason??
NDLP 9.2.1 ----->NDLP 9.3.2
they didn't give me any reason
