If your software detected and blocked something then it should be in the Quarantine section.
Open the interface and click Navigation then scroll down to Quarantined and Trusted Items and expand those sections by clicking on them.
There you should be able to identify what they are and decide what to do, Delete them, most likely is the best choice.
Welcome to McAfee Communities. You can open your McAfee Ui,and click on Navigation/Quarantined and Trusted Items, then Quarantined Items/Quarantined Potentially Unwanted Items/ Select/Delete/Restart.

For a second Opinion, you can run McAfee Stinger (Read how to use) then McAfee Getsusp ( add your Email address under "Preferences" before scanning. You may even go one step further for a second opinion, and run Malwarebytes (Free). To keep it Free, DO NOT accept any Free Trial Offers/or Activate the Paid/Pro Version.
The Superb (Free) Programs and more, can be obtained from the following Link: Anti-Spyware/Malware & Hijacker Tools
