I've seen this before and I know what's going on. Please open a case with Support and ask for it to be immediately escalated to me, and I can take care of this for you. (The solution is a simple SQL script - please don't do anything drastic in the mean time )

The issue is resolved with ePO 5.1.2. The script won't be provided anymore.
