Technical Support is available free of charge by phone or online chat, however we need to know what McAfee software are you using and what operating system and service pack? Then I can steer you in the right direction hopefully.

Is this an error in Event Viewer (if so I would ignore it) or is the software actually saying it isn't OK (displaying a red banner)? If the latter try running the Virtual Technician as it often fixes things as it is constantly updated.
