Block access to C:Drive using DLP?

Is it possible to stop Mobile users copying confidential information to their local C: drives on their Laptops while online on the work Network using DLP or Device Control?

The DLP product works as a Data Loss product, preventing it from leaving the device, not entering into the device.  DLP assumes that what you've allow as far as Network storage via AD or Removable storage via DLP, then the files there are available to download.  If you'd like to look for confidential data at rest on the C: drive, you can schedule a regular Discover scan of the machines.  9.3.x also includes the ability to make fixed disks read only or blocked but will not affect the C: drive or drives that contain system information like the Windows swap file.
