I trust you used whatever removal tool to get rid of Anvi before installing McAfee?
I really am not sure if this is caught by McAfee as each maker gives infections a different name. That said no antivirus is perfect so sometimes it is necessary to employ extra tools.
Try Stinger and Malwarebytes Free both linked below (last link). To keep Malwarebyts fee of charge do not activate it and do NOT accept any free trial offer.

If I may add to Ex_Brit excellent suggestions. You might benefit also by running the McAfee Getsusp Tool, (Before) removing with the other applications. This will add the Detection should it not already be in the McAfee GTI Data Base , you can obtain this Superb Program from the following Link, or below Ex_Brit,s Signature:Anti-Spyware/Malware & Hijacker Tools

By the way I don't recommend running Anvisoft's Smart Defender alongside any antivirus unless you turn off it's active defence, as it could clash and actually allow infection in.
However, as I have never used it I really don't know, that would be best answered by an independent anti-malware forum or maybe Anvisoft's own forums.
Thanks for the assistance. I tried all the suggestions and found no problems.
