Moved to Vulnerability Manager (Foundstone) for better handling.
Finally found a solution to this.
You need to:
A. Log-In as a global admin
- When you log-in as an administrator you should see at top right the option to switch to global admin.
- If you do not see the above option global admin is not enabled.
B. To enable global admin follow instructions provided in KB66096
C. Once you have the global admin option enabled you can then switch to global admin and enable email notifications.
