With all due respect...I am inclined to agree with Peter. For did the original poster renew the same type of McAfee Protection/Suite? Being uncertain if this indeed is the case, it would be best to Contact Technical Support.
If the original poster had (Auto Renewal) selected....then it would have automatically upgraded and continued Protection. If not the case, the prior McAfee Protection needs to be removed, before installing his/her most recently purchased McAfee Suite/Protection.
The question being is, did the OP renew the identical application/or upgrade?
I must add in addition, that I refrain from responding to issues in the Enterprise/Buisness Section. Due to the fact,that I have no expertize in this area. Both are entirely different in the aspect of giving advice.
