What McAfee product is this please? Full name and version if possible.
You have "automatically restart on error" set in your machine settings. We need the BSOD error code to be able to help, so please turn that off so you can capture a picture of the error screen.

Please, see the attached file where you can see the executable file tha t begins the updating process. At least of begining whe seeking for troubles in the pc before installation is when restar the pc.

Is XP SP3 totally up to date including IE8? I ask because regadless of your choice of browser, McAfee relies on IE for functionality so it's important it's up to date.
Also what previous security software did you have installed? If it was not McAfee have you run their removal tool?
If it was McAfee go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and uninstall all McAfee.
Then run the MCPR cleanup tool and reboot.
Go to your online account page and 'save as' the installer file to your desktop first so it's available if something goes wrong.
Then proceed with the installation by double-clicking that. Note you must have a connection to the Internet at all times or the installer will crash. (I posted a link earlier that tells you how to prevent the computer shutting down in the event of a blue screen of death a.k.a. a BSOD). Or you can simply install directly from the account page, your choice. If you get a blue screen try to record the error number.
Post back the results.
By the way, McAfee will be only supporting XP until sometime next year and then you should consider going to a current operating system.
