    SUBSCRIPTION ERROR.    Req. Immediate Attn.

      Hello McAfee Community...

           I have three product subscriptions.

                1) 2 Antivirus Plus products came with my 2 Dell PCs purchase each.

                2) 1 Internet Protection with 3 Licenses which i recently purchased from McAfee online .

      I have installed Internet Protection on one PC and the rest two licenses are not yet utilized. No problem with that. The problem is with one of my two Dell PCs in which i had to reinstall my OS.

      After that my Online Account says that the PC in which i installed OS is "ACTIVE."

      But in that PC the product prompts to "BUY" or "REACTIVATE LICENSE".

      Even after clicking Verify Subscription this error is not getting resolved.

      Kindly Help... ASAP.
