is it possible to send E-Mails when a user manually creates a problem within the ePO (Menu, automatic responses, problem) without using a ticket system? We would like to delegate several tasks and have to take care of this one. Of course we could set a periodically task to remind for looking for open probelms (hourly, E-Mail, send to, check for opened problems, etc.) but is there a more decent option or possibility? Something like "if a problem is created, send an E-Mail to ePO Support/Admins" but without make use of a ticket system?
