Contact customer support and explain this they should see that you had no active subscription past 2 years. Seems you did not disable the auto renewal. Post back if you have any issues.

Thank you so much for the reply. I managed to get hold of support via chat: They have stopped the subscription and refunded me. Apparently it was an old email address that had the subs... but I know I wouldn't use that address for such things.
