In normal mode and following the method described in the link in my signature is fine. Running the removal tool alone does not free up the licence you must use the windows Programs and features link in control panel to first remove McAfee and follow it with a MCPR run.

I know about unstalling Mcafee from Programs and Fearures first and reboot, just forgot to mention it.
