I assume you uninstalled Kaspersky in the normal way so now run their removal tool which I think is linked here Service articles
Uninstall any McAfee product that is listed in Control Panel > Programs
Run the MCPR Cleanup tool and reboot once again.
Go to your online account and download McAfee once again.
Also when you respond please tell us what operating system and service pack (if applicable) this is, plus please indicate the version of the installed Internet Explorer, even if you don't use it.
thank you for fast answer.
JOB DONE !
result same error message.
I have Win 7 Ultime . ver 6.1.7600 (without service pack)
IE ver. 8.0.7600.16385
OK Windows 7 Gold (meaning no service pack) is not supported so it isn't surprising you are getting errors. Please update your system to SP1 and the hundreds of other updates since, and once that is done please update IE to IE11 (do that last) as McAfee relies on an up-to-date IE installed to function properly. It doesn't have to be your default browser. Once the updates are done it should actually be offered automatically by Windows Update. Also make sure that Windows Update settings are to use Microsoft Update for all components.
