Sorry you have Norton but somehow McAfee anti spam is on your PC as well. Can you post a picture of what this report looks like?
What email client are you using does it show an antispam toolbar ie McAfee red shield with Anti-Spam beside it.? Is is showing up in the client addons?
or am I confused and your emails are being detected by your client's Antivirus as spam ? These clients therefore using Mcafee? if so they should mark them as not spam . Also I would need to pass this up the line.
If I may add to the Discussion, Having (2) Anti-Virus Applications installed on your system will indeed cause ( Conflicts) Both RTS- Real time Scanners are working against each other. Especially if the (2) Products are Norton/McAfee.
In other words, your Anti-Spam issues will continue to exist. Until you remove one or the other. Of course I am partial to McAfee, that goes without saying. However that is your prerogative. I agree with PK, can you supply a "ScreenShot"?
Just another thought..Did you install Norton over a previous McAfee installation, without going through the Proper methods to remove, which is required to do so?
Irregardless your decision...
Wishing you all the very Best,

Strange to say the least? I see that the McAfee application is SaaS which is a "business Solution"?
As PK stated, this may need to be passed up the line....
This may Garner more attention if moved to the appropriate (Buisness) Community.
Could you please verify if your application is "Consumer" or "Business"?
