I see SAE is not supported and that's okay.
From what I can see the version of VSE is fine, however I'm getting conflicted information on the agent.
I see this...
Version CMA 3.6.0 MA 4.0 MA 4.5 MA 4.6 MA 4.8 ePO 5.1 Yes* Yes** Yes Yes Yes ePO 5.0 Yes* Yes** Yes Yes Yes ePO 4.6 Yes* Yes** Yes Yes Yes ePO 4.5 Yes* Yes** Yes Yes Yes
It says only 4.8
I'd upgrade the agent anyway, it is an easy one you can start now.
Also, download the 5.1.1 package and extract the files. The run the compatibility checker... you point it to your server and it tells you of any packages in software extension or master repository that are not supported.
Also plan for additionnal DB storage and ensure your server meets the minimum specs for memory (which it should, it is now 8gb but sometimes an issue if housed on a VM)
It is the minimum version of MA extension required not the agent install package itself.
Make sure you have 5.1.1 There was a problem with 5.1.0 with the Product Compatibility Check in the install pakages. Even if you ran the Product Compatibility Check and passed, the one in the install CABs is older so even though you have the lastest modules, the install would still fail.
You should always have the most current modules when you can where it isn't a major upgrade such as HIPS 8.7 to hips 8.8 or vSE 8.7 to VSE 8.8 or upcoming 10.
when you run the step-up, it will run the Product Compatibliity Check, if you pass you will be golden.
Note: check the OS add/remove programs and ensure you uninstall PA 5.x (if present)prior to upgrading. Note I'm talking about the OS, not ePO.
