Rather going for task I'll suggest to use tag option and applied it to specific group (system tree) under group details > Sorting Criteria. On that group apply the policy and apply system tree shorting on particular types of machines.

The problem is that is only one server that I need to apply that specific policy.
The machines on our environment already have automatic tags (Servers and Workstations), and I will have to apply that specific new tag only to that server.
I was just asking if there's is another way... but it seems that the rules on ePO aren't so flexible =/
As ansarias mentions, tag the device thee use a policy assignment rule to assign the policy. The tag can be name based, ip based, description based. A bunch of options are available.
If you prefer, create a server task to run a query to find the machine, then tag it the device for the policy to assign or assign the policy directly in the server task. The tag solution is more elegant if feasible.
