Mail denied to companies using MXlogic

I am getting errors from MXlogic.net, while trying to send emails to clients who use their service,.

The user exists on the clients domain, and they can receive emails, but when we try to send we get the following error.

"A message that you have sent could not be delivered to one or more recipients.  This is a permanent error.  The following address failed:

<bob@abc.com>: Backend Replied [95befd35.0.102396.00-214.294514.p02c11o144.mxlogic.net]:  Denied [95befd35.0.1066230.00-2331.1669352.p02c11m011.mxlogic.net] (Mode: normal) (Mode: queuesafe)"

If I MXlookup the client's domain, it does show that they use MXlogic.

if I complete the SMTP test for those, it completes with an error.

So, is this an issue on the recipient/client side, who is using mxlogic??

The error you are receiving indicates that the message in question is being denied, for one reason or another, by the customer's policy.  Please contact the recipient and ask that they contact their support team for additional investigation.
