What is the name of your McAfee software & which Country are you in so I can direct you to the right support please?
Sounds like you have an infection that has eluded the scanner, whatever one you have, so I would imagine the best bet is to reset your phone, which will return it to factory condition. But I would contact support first if you can tell me where you are.
By the way, never, ever post phone numbers or other personal data in public. I edited your initial post for that reason.
