Ubernova, I found this great link from one of our Mods, Ex_Brit, and it has some information about submitting false positive reports to the McAfee Lab: What To Do When McAfee Detects Software As An Infection - How to Submit To McAfee Labs & Appeal
This might be better than calling support, as you'll be sending your sample directly to the Lab.
Out of curiosity, is this how you reported the issue previously? Or did you call support?

Is the file a cheat by any chance? What's the reason McAfee is deleting it - it will tell you if there was some detection of malware etc..
If you submitted the file/program /sample correctly (2 months ago) you should have received a Analysis ID #. Have you gone to your "Quarantined and Trusted" items and checked? If not, please do so. To expedite matters, posting your Analysis ID # would indeed help.
