The error "All MX servers are unavailable for domain recipientdomain.com" indicates that when we attempted delivery of the message we were unable to make a successful connection to the recpient server. If additional information is needed, we would request that you contact your support team and proved specific message details (To/From/Date/Subject) so detailed logging can be provided. The message example would need to be less than 7 days old as our logs age off at 7 days.

Since both domains mentioned only have one MX listed, chances for single-point failure are not uncommon.
