What operating system and service pack (if applicable) is this and whar version of Internet Explorer is installed ( whether you use it or not, McAfee does for the functionality side of things) ??
Also what previous security software did you have installed and were your browsers protected by something else or some strange settings?
Lastly is Windows up- to date? By the MVT pic above I would say not.
Just out of Curiosity? When you say "Browser Protection Service/Firewall Protection Service" are you referring to (McAfee Total Protection-Consumer) or ( McAfee Total Protection Service- SaaS Endpoint Protection)?
And I agree with Ex_Brit, your system seems to be (Out of Date).

I would assume you had this installed previously and need to uninstall it before Total Protection is installed.
We are not Corporate product experienced maybe you need to recontact support and explain what you need to uninstall.
Maybe that office number will help. There are SAAS uninstall articles

I use Window 7 Home Premium. My last MaFee product was (SaaS).
I just bought a subcription of Total Protection, but in the download page another name appeared as, something like 'Live Protection Service'.
The Browser Protection Service, Firewall Protection Service has been installed sometime last year by me in a trial version and I left it there. I have seen that they are parts of something 'Enterprise' or 'Small Business' products. I am not sure if it works for my computer at all.
Anyway, my previous subcription of McAfee worked well with that. Shortly after i found my subcription expired i did the renewal and tried to download a the new one. It worked well at the first installment. On the next day my new subscription was gone. Then i made a couple of contacts with the tech staff and was informed that there waas a problem with those programs. One of staff came into my screen and tried to remove the programs. No progress.
I tried the office number, unluckily it was closed.
I a m going to try a new call to the office today.
But if anything I can do it myself, it would be very appreciated.

We thought so does that link I posted help we here are not SAAS users so have not corporate experience that is why Peter moved this thread to the saas area. Hopefully someone there or that office number can help you.
