We have a laptop that is no longer doing SSO properly. The user will login at the preboot then the windows login screen comes up and they have to log in again. While looking into the issue, I was looking at the MfeEpe.log file and I see the last entry in the log was for 7-16-14 (8 days ago). So it seems that the encryption agent is not communicating back to ePO properly?
What steps should I take to resolve this? Well else should I look into?
So I found the issue. The Drive Encryption Agent Service was disabled. I'm not sure what would have caused the service to disable however.
