Hi justinj, as you're runing ePO 4.5 patch 3 you can upgrade to ePO 4.6 patch 8, the latest that is supported under Windows 2003
The only thing you need to do prior to upgrade (aparte from backup database and epo folders) is to be sure that ePO is running with a SQL 2005 with at least SP3
Which is the required version that can be deployed in Windows 7? Does ePO4.5 require an upgrade to the latest version?
As ePO 4.5 is end-of-life since psat december you should upgrade to ePO 4.6 or 5.1, but as you're using a W2003 server the easiest way would be upgrading to 4.6 with latest patch.
As per Windows 7 its support only depends on the McAfee Agent version you're using and also VirusScan version. At this point the best option would be McAfee Agent 4.8 with patch 2 (latest one) and VirusScan 8.8 with patch 4 (latest one)
