Check below 2 things:
A. Check if ePO is having VSE 8.8 Patch 4 extensions.
B. Check plugin flag value locally on machine, which is should be 0.
- Click Start, Run, type Regedit and click OK.
- Navigate to:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Network Associates\ePolicy Orchestrator\Application Plugins\Viruscan8xxx]
- Right-click on the DWORD value Plugin Flag.
- Select Modify from the menu.
- Type 0 in the Value data box, and click OK.
- Close the registry editor.
- Send an Agent Wake up call to the client computer from the ePO console.
