Question about white-listing Scripts to help ServiceNow Performance

      Hi Folks.

I have a request from a person who says that they would like us to white-list scripts from the ServiceNow servers, because they believe it will help with performance. They tell me that this worked at another organization where they were having performance problems with ServiceNow.  They white-listed the scripts that run in the browser (for ServiceNow), and that appeared to help with the performance problem.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Any suggestions on how to accomplish this or ways to deflect such a request with facts/evidence?
