Disable real time scanning un quarantine the file and send it to Mcafee as described above. (navigation quarantined and trusted items and Quarantined items
Re-enable real time scanning.
You will if you send it correctly get an immediate reply post the analysis ID number here and reply to the email changing the subject to False +e and name of detection. Also say why you think the file is OK.
If no fix in 4 days post back and I will chease up a tech to fix this.
