    Intel (R) AT Supported System Lock Due to: Disable Timer Expired

      Hi there,

       

      My customer have a problem regaring his laptop. His VAIO laptop have been locked since June 2014. He try so many times regarding the password but it just can't unlocked it. Even he try to login to this website, https://home.mcafee.com and try to unlocked it, but still can't do anything.

       

      The display on my laptop would be:

      Platform ID: 00015CD2

      Intel(R) Anti-Theft Technology service provider Id: 5000

       

      I'm technical staff for SonyVietname, what should i do to help him?
