Well, in this article they suggest that I need to do updates and patches which I`ve been doing constantly. Our systems (including mine) have installed Mcafee Agent. And I suppose that it updates from server itself at certain intervals. Here is more information. Due to privacy, I have removed some fields.

So you have conficker infection
So you should follow this document:
Once the conficker has been deleted, to get ride of the conficker.mem! you should schedule an ODS when booting the machine for memory and restart the machines that are reporting conficker.mem!
