The computer info fomes from a file on the endoint... so, either that file is corrupt, or the entry in the DB is. There are a couple of things you can do to fix this. You can redploy the agent to the endpoint or you could delete the object in ePO. The next time that McAfee Agent checks in with ePO it will regenerate.
There are a few possiblities.
1. Solidcore is not license.
2. McAfee Agent and Solidcore Plugin not communicating. Try restarting Solidifier Service.
3. Solidcore plugin is busying applying rules or generating events. You need to check solidcore.log if it is constantly running sadmin commands.
