This has apparently been fixed but there may be some factor effecting things that I can't check. I would open a case with Technical Support. It's free by phone oir online chat and linked under Useful Links at the top of this page.
Meanwhile there may be a technician dropping by here, but I can't guarantee that.
Before you contact them make sure that the system is up to date, especially Internet Explorer, even if you don't use it. (McAfee does).
