i had raised request with mcafee support desk but they also dont know the solution.

I had the same problem, opened tickets on mcafee support and didnt have the solution.
Check the certificate installed on the ISS on EMM DMZ, also install the CA authority in this server.
Remeber that mcafee check that the certificate isnt self-signed.
This error usually refers to your SSL certificate on your Portal server. The EMM App will try to connect to your Portal site and will try to validate the Root CA cert from your SSL certificate from different sources (1- the android device cert store, if it can't find it there, 2- the EMM App Certificate Store, if it can't find it there, 3 it will try to verify it against a McAfee cert website.). If the Root CA cert for Portal Cert is expired or it is not a well known CA that can be found in one of those 3 sources then that can explain the error.
who is your CA? are you getting this on all devices?
