Yes you can decrypt it with eetech, you need the correct (verified in the workspace) key from epo and then simply decrypt the appropriate sector range.

I think he will have to use the full manual decryption option? You have to write down the exact sectors you wish to decrypt. We've had to do this before, and it seems to take much longer then the automatic method. We had systems that were encrypted with both GE and EEPC. Needless to say Windows did not load. We were able to successfully decrypt them with the EETECH manual option.
