Firewall installed on Hyper-V, now the server is unmanageble.

First timer with McAfee products. We have a hyper-v 2012 core server that recently had the latest McAfee firewall agent installed on it. The ePolicy Orhestrator server is a VM on that Hyper-V host. The firewall agent uses the default policies. Now we cannot manage the Hyper-V server from Windows Server manager, nor can we RDP into the ePol server.

I realize this is a rookie mistake, but I could use some help on disabling or uninstalling the agent on the Hyper-V server please.
