I opened a ticket to see why hotfix 923218 was not available for download. Turns out I have to prove that we’re experiencing the issue before they’ll provide the hotfix.
I have asked that the public page for this hotfix be updated to include the requirements for obtaining the patch. I’ve been waiting awhile for this. Now I find out that you actually have to open a ticket to get the fix. Not very happy!
