We use Favorites within the ServicePortal, which customers can utilize as a way to "bookmark" articles that want to easy access to. You can Favorite an article by selecting Add to Favorites located on the right side of the article details page, under the heading, Manage this Article. You can also Subscribe to the content here, which will send you an email notification when the contents of the article changes.
To easily access these favorites, simply click on the Favorites content tab on the left of the Knowledge Center. Note that all favorites have the Favorite icon, and the search filters are available for the Favorites tab as well.
