Incoming SMTP traffic flagged as type "all" from certain server and blocked

One of our clients regularly sends email to us and they have 2 email scrubbers on their side named hubcas1 and hubcas2.   All email from 1 is allowed through and our firewall identifies the type of traffic as application SMTP as it should be.    All email from scrubber 2 is being blocked and it's traffic is identified by our sidewinder as type "ALL".    That is the only difference I see in the analysis of each kind of email sent.

Is a setting on the senders side messing this up????   Else how could I allow SMTP traffic through from scrubber hubcas2 without opening things up too much.   I know the IP # in question of hubcas2.   Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
