try the following
Step 1: Check the status of the IP address at www.trustedsource.org:
- Open www.trustedsource.org.
- Enter the IP address in the TrustedSource query box.
- Confirm the status of the IP address as a high or medium risk.
- On this result page at top right you have "Threat Feedback" option - follow that link.

Step 2: Send an email to the McAfee Labs team at email@example.com including the message hash and the Sending IP address.

thank you aidan for your response. i tried step 1 then yesterday but we are still listed as high risk for email, so i tried step 2 but i get the UNdeliverable emails back that my email did not go through. our ip address that i believe is giving us the problem is: 22.214.171.124 is there anything you can do to help? thanks again
Having exactly the same problem. Our Exchange Server was misconfigured, so we got on a lot of blacklists. We fixed our server asked all the blacklist servers to unblock us. Within a few hours everything was okay. Except for McAfee.
We followed Step 1 and 2 from Aidan's post several times. We got the answer "Success! The deliverability issue you reported has been resolved. Adjustments have been made that will allow emails tobe delivered shortly."
But nothing happend.
Then we mailed to ts-feedback and got:
"IP 126.96.36.199 has been queued for processing.
Messaging Security is currently experiencing longer than normal processingtimes for our Global Threat Intelligence updates. ..."
We are waiting for 2 weeks now! What else can we do??? This is extremly frustrating!
