It's not unusual for MVT not to find software that is provided by 3rd parties such as Shaw. It's probably because they relabel it or alter it in some way to make it unrecognizable.
Uninstall via Control Panel > Programs
Run MCPR Cleanup and reboot
Reinstall from your online account.
That should fix everything.
I let MVT do some cleanup, re-booted and next time it found the software. But there was a missing file MVT could
not fix or replace, so must uninstall and reinstall Shaw Secure.
MVT sometimes wont find a file or give an error. In which case try running it again just in case, before going through the uninstall, cleanup and reinstall routine.
