    MVT Cannot find my software?


      Hi!, I have  problems with McAfee software bundled under Shaw Secure.

      i.e. cannot run an anti-virus scan & real time scanning keeps turning itself off.

      I was advised to run MVT, but MVT says it cannot find my McAfee software to fix?

      What is happening? Why can;t MVT find the Shaw Secure / McAfee software that I am running?

      Shaw Secure Support advised that the MFT should work, and I seem to recall having run it before to solve a problem

      I am running this software on Windows XP computer.


      Must I now ininstall and reinstall Shaw Secure?
