I have one DHCP server handling all my DHCP subnets.
1) Can I just install a sensor on the DHCP server and not worry about installing on clients?
2) The only caveat being that I should install also install at least one sensor on a client for any all static subnets I suppose?
Seems like that would work, but the documentation isn't completely clear on it. If I missed something, please let me know.
Hi stev379, if all your network uses dhcp then it's OK to install RSD on DHCP server because it will listen to any DHCP query and report it to ePO.
But if you have subnets not managed by the DHCP server then you'll also have to deploy 1 or 2 RSD per subnet until you cover any
